I enjoyed the read. Well, you pretty much covered it all. If I can add one thing it would be me vouching for the benefits of yoga. It’s moderate exercise AND it helps reduce stress. I attend Bikram Yoga, so it’s a little more intense as they put you in a hot stuffy room. But it does make you sweat, and it gets rid of all those toxins from your body. Plus, you have to really concentrate on “letting go” in order to keep sane for that one hour session.

One thing I’ve read is stay away from anything that says it contains “mineral oils.” This type of product is basically a waste product from the crude oil industry.

I also heard to stay away from anything that says it contains “parabens,” as they may cause cancer.

This is some really well-written and researched information. Many products both skincare and nutrition are notorious for not putting enough of main ingredients in the formula to be truly effective. It is also hard to argue with those 8 antioxidant, they are very powerful.
